03 / Furniture recovery

A practical plan
for everything
leaving the office.

Moving, renovating or closing an office? We assess what may be resold, reused or relocated, what requires coordinated removal, and how recovery value may offset project costs.

  1. 01

    Assess the assets

Review brands, models, condition, quantities, access and deadlines.

  2. 02

    Prioritize useful value

Identify internal reuse, relocation and resale opportunities before planning removal.

  3. 03

    Confirm the project scope

Agree on labour, transport, timing, costs and any feasible donation or recycling routes.

  4. 04

    Complete and close out

Coordinate the work and provide the project summary or documentation included in the agreed scope.

Purchase, resale, donation, reuse and recycling options depend on item type, condition, quantity, access, location, demand and timing. Environmental or destination reporting is provided only when included in the written project scope.

From the first brief to the next move

Before you begin

Good questions.
Clear expectations.

Can I combine new and pre-owned furniture?

Yes—ask us to review both routes in your brief. Specific models, quantities, finishes and condition need to be confirmed, so matching items and timing may vary.

Are the products on the site in stock?

Listings help you explore options. Request confirmation of current stock, condition, configuration, price and lead time before ordering. Sample listings are identified on the existing product pages.

What about delivery, installation and warranty?

These depend on the product, destination and project scope. Ask for delivery and installation to be itemized, and confirm applicable warranty and aftercare terms in your written quote.

Can schools and public organizations request a quote?

Yes. Share your purchasing process, specifications, quantities, required documentation and timeline. Any required vendor registration, insurance, product compliance or procurement eligibility must be reviewed for the specific opportunity.
